[Study] Impact of Google My Business on your bank and insurance agencies in 2019

Comparing the first six months of 2018 with the first six months of 2019, we obtain 33,721 and 47,454 impressions respectively, representing a 40.7% increase for the banking and insurance sector.

Evolution of the number of activations on the My Business pages by agency

The number of activations rose from 466 in the first half of 2018 to 727 in the first half of 2019, a 56% increase. The overall growth rate between January 2018 and June 2019 is 88%.

Among clicks (website), route requests and telephone calls, the number of calls is the most received which represent by 808 activations from January 2018 to June 2019, an increase of 107%.

Visits generated in your banks and insurance companies (from Google searches and Google Maps)

Between January 2018 and June 2019, agency traffic increased by 93%. On average, the figures have gone from 67 visits per establishment to 116.
